What is Semo made from?
Semolina- coarse flour made from durum wheat.
The brand "Semovita" by Honeywell made it so popular that people just call all semolina "Semo".

How it looks + tastes
- Color: Light cream / pale yellow
- Texture: Smooth, stretchy, and soft. Not as sticky as poundo
- Taste: Mild, slightly wheat flavor. It absorbs soup very well
- Smell: Neutral

You roll it into a ball, dip it in soup, and swallow

How to make it
1. Boil water
2. Pour in Semovita and stir
3. Add small water, cover 2 mins, then turn/mold until smooth
4. Serve hot with soup
